My healing work takes place on traditional xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and Tsleil-Waututh territories.

I request that clients arrive fragrance-free, in order to support accessibility for practitioners and other clients who live with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity.  Please use fragrance-free laundry, hair, and body products when coming to see me.

I offer a free 20 minute initial phone consultation.  This is your opportunity to ask me questions, assess whether somatic therapy is the right fit for you, and for me to assess if I can help you with what you're working on.

My rates are:

Individual somatic therapy: $140 per one hour session
Couples somatic therapy session: $150 per one hour session

I hold several sliding scale spaces for clients who are Indigenous, Black, and/or people of colour, and also queer and/or trans. Please connect with me regarding availability and to discuss further if you would like to request a sliding scale space.  Clients who pay full fee are supporting widened accessibility of this healing work.  *My sliding scale caseload is currently full

I am registered with the Crime Victim Assistance Program, which covers a portion of my fee ($95 per session).  See here for information on eligibility.

I am a registered with the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) Short Term Crisis Intervention Mental Health Counselling program and the Indian Residential School - Resolution Health Support Program.  See here for information on eligibility.
