Bodies of Medicine

All of our peoples have come from cultural practices of connection with land, with our communities, and with our own selves.

Our bones and cells are bodies of medicine, and they remember, even when we don't.

The land, the waters, the plants, are also bodies of medicine; they know and remember, even when we don't.

This 10 week mini-mentorship led by somatic teachers, practitioners and bodyworkers Nazbah Tom and Fayza Bundalli, moves through a 10 session arc of somatic practice designed to bring us back into relationship with ourselves, our lineages, the lands we're currently on and lands we come from.

“Nazbah and Fayza offer a rich, juicy and nourishing facilitation that speaks to how our individual somas are intertwined with our ancestors and lineages and the land. Not only did I experience deep healing throughout the sessions, but I was very able to enrich my own work as a practitioner through the teachings and practices we embodied.” - L, Previous Bodies of Medicine Participant.
